  Has to be the worse subway location in Edmonton , rude staff and unsanitary just a dump .

  Ordered on the app for pickup on 07/31/26 it was ready by 7:38 and my brother had picked it up by 7:42 along with his and his wife’s order. The man behind the counter was extremely rude to my brother he demanded a double tip from him as he was picking up 2 orders. My brother was kind enough to tip him $3 in store. We had gotten 2 orders with 4 subs total. All except for 1 was supposed to be toasted and not a single one was or it wasn’t kept in the oven long enough as well as we had 2 subs ordered with Italian herb and cheese bread and only 1 was made with the bread, The other was replaced with white bread. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service that was given and the quality of the product I had received.

  Very disappointing service today. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. I was standing and waiting to start my order, but she didn’t inform me that beans and crispy onions were out of stock. She made a poor-quality Power Bowl with very small portions, nothing close to what I requested. This is unacceptable.

  Best subway in Edmonton! Chi is has literally memorized my order! The bread is always cooked fresh so you never have to worry about stale bread like all of the other subways around me. I almost stopped going to subway until I found this location and met Chi! Employees are amazing! Manager is amazing! 11/10 experience everytime

  Such a rude worker. I'm pretty sure he's the owner. Refused to put more then 4 pickles and 3 tiny peaces of red onions on the sub. When we asked again to put just a little bit more, he said we were too needy and wouldn't work on our sub anymore "i give up on your sub" because we didnt order it to his spec. I've had so many issues with this particular subway in the past. The owner is greedy and extremely rude to guests. It's not "subway your way", it's "subway his way". I'd seriously recomend boycotting this particular subway in the future.
