  Went on Aug. 6 2026, their toaster is not working. Ordinarily this is nothing more of an inconvenience. However at this location there is no signage to inform you that the toaster is not working and the employee only tells you after you get all your meat and cheese put on the sandwich. Its rude to waste food and than you're stuck with a soggy sandwich because there isnt any foresight to inform the customer at this location. By the way, the castle downs location is experiencing the same malfunction in the microwave and they have 2 signs up to inform and the wonderful person working there tells you immediately of the issues. Its the only reason I chose to come here because I thought the toaster was working and no one wants a soggy sandwich

  The service at this restaurant is really good. Simon is a very nice guy who is friendly, attentive, and makes customers feel welcome. He provides excellent service and helps create a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Paththini! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, worked efficiently, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Employees like Paththini make people want to come back. Thank you for the excellent service!

  probably the worse subway I have been to today. get there and the older lady behind the counter was super grumpy and not happy at all. no idea why people hire people to be in a customer service position. bread was like stale it seems and super hard and crumbly the tomatoes looked way to mushy and gross. inside is way to tight and it was busy enough I didn't want to be there to eat so I went to my car to eat and the crumbly bread ended up all over my car. please do better .
