  Very disappointing experience at Subway. Waited more than 15 minutes with nobody ahead of us while Sukhman kept telling us to wait because she had an online order. When we asked if the next order was ours, she rudely replied, “Obviously.” No empathy or tbasic courtesy at all. Subway really needs to train staff on proper customer service. Pathetic experience.

  They had im assuming 1 person on to make subs not usre if someone was on break but usually there is only ever 1 person making subs here even when its is busy its the usual at this location it took them the better part of 20 mins to make 3 subs for 1 person then they served the next person relatively quickly howvere when it was my turn the worker there ignored me whej they finally did acknowledge me they were not pleasant when I ordered my sub they threw the ingredients unto the sub like didn't place threw them on the sub I was still pleasant and polite as I know how it is to have a bad day especially in customer service however this is not the first time at this location I have had a long wait time or unsatisfactory customer service hence the review I can deal with one or the other bit not both if your bist and it takes a while to make my food as long as you have somewhat of a personable attitude I can wait

  I had a really bad experience at Subway today. I did not order online today, but unfortunately, the bread was still hard and not fresh, and the quality of the ingredients was not good. I have also had this issue multiple times with my previous online orders. Today, my husband went back to the store to explain the problem, but instead of understanding the situation and helping us, the staff showed an attitude. As a customer, I find this very disappointing and unacceptable. We are paying for fresh food and good customer service. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this issue and address both the food quality and the way customers are treated.

  I just went in about 5 minutes ago to order food and while the worker was in the middle of making my food she took a personal call. Another worker came out to work on my order and I asked why a personal calling is being taken and she “it might be important” I said she is working and in the middle of an order. The other person got off the phone and went to take over my order and they started speaking to each other in their own language and the lady making my food wasn’t paying attention and put the wrong thing on the items. This is completely unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location and they have just spoken their own language to each other and not focused on their job. Completely unprofessional
