I will be honest. I’ve been going to subway for over 15 years and this is BY FAR the worst location I’ve ever been to.
Before yesterday, historically, I never really liked this place to begin with so I started going out of my way to go to other subway locations, despite this being conveniently close to my house. Last visit was surprisingly good tho so I decided to give this place another chance thinking this location might have turned a new leaf.
Yesterday (Friday, May 15, 2026) at around 6:00pm I was wanting a sandwich because I was craving subway. I try to navigate the app, I asked the East Indian girl for help on this, she says “I’m not customer service.” To me, this is absolutely crazy. I worked fast food for collectively over 5 years while attending university and anytime a customer asked for help on the app it was the standard to give it, so I always did. Mind you, the restaurant was dead so there was really no excuse, she was just being rude.
Then I go to have my sandwich made by a short older ukrainianish (not 100% sure) lady with a strong accent and blond hair. I ask for extra tomatoes, she says no, I said “this is the first time in over 15 years that I have ever heard this,” she says “well expect to hear it more.”
At the checkout, this same lady does not know how to use her till. I type my phone number in hoping to get points and she can’t fix the problem in her system. She then restarts the entire system, taking over 5 minutes, then tells me not to put my phone number in so to top it off, I couldn’t get any points off this transaction. I had to be somewhere for 6:30, I was expecting prompt service but this place caused me so many problems. The person I had to meet at 6:30 was standing there waiting for me patiently because this place failed to deliver.
Food quality is poor, customer service is poor, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
