  ⭐️ Very Poor Customer Service – Subway at West Edmonton Mall Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was extremely poor, and the attitude of the staff was very negative and unwelcoming. The employee, Weng, was rude and unhelpful. I simply asked for a cup of tap water, and when I asked to speak with the manager, Jessi, she told me I had to pay $3.15 for the tap water. I was honestly shocked by this. It’s not about the $3.15 — it’s about the attitude and the way a customer is treated over such a simple request. Very poor customer service and an extremely unpleasant experience. I definitely do not recommend this Subway location.

  I placed a order with the Subway app and they told me it’s for different stores so they didn’t make the food for me.

  The taste of bread feels like they are staying for a long time. Even it smells so bad than the other subways. I have to throw my footlong after two bites which was smelling so bad. I was trying to say the lady for replacing it in front she didn’t understand and was rude. She didn’t even cooperate with me as I don’t eat eggs I asked her to put eggless sauces and she said she doesn’t know. As I use to work in food chain I know the ingredients what I am putting in food. I am not feeling well as my stomach is upset after that.

  I really like the food at Subway—it’s fresh and tastes great every time. However, the customer service seriously needs improvement. The lady and the other girl working there were quite rude when I asked simple questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. That said, I want to appreciate Harjot (I hope I spelled the name correctly), who I believe is a trainee. She was very polite, patient, and served us properly. She was the only one who made the visit better. Overall, good food but disappointing service. I hope the staff works on their behavior towards customers.
