  I used to frequent this location because I work in the area, and it was convenient, but now I will never purchase food from this establishment again. The manager is probably one of the worst humans I’ve had to deal with. He harasses people who are standing outside the store, even if they work at one of the neighbouring businesses. He treats his staff horribly and doesn’t even let them keep tips. He has horrible customer service skills. Today he pushed a physically disabled man who walks with a cane for where he parked. Very disgusting behaviour from someone in a management position. I don’t understand how they are still open. Definitely make the trip to a different Subway if you have a craving for a meatball sub and care about who you give your money to.

  I ordered the sub of the day combo and the food was good but when I went to refill my fountain pop 1 time, the owner said no refills on promotional items “hard times”. I explained I have never heard that from any of the other subways I have been too in Edmonton or surrounding areas. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again.
