  As a real sandwich aficionado I know what a sub should look like weather it is your classic Italian cafe or your hardcore sub shops like Jersey Mikes. Subway is the kind of place where the employees have not a single clue how to make any type of sandwich yet alone a sub. The ingredients are always sitting in the an open bin in their cold counter. The lettuce is always brown. Their tuna should be sealed and properly refrigerated. In reality their tuna sits uncovered in a warm environment, which can make people sick by way that it also goes bad. In a day and age where food poisoning and disease from bacteria is a reality, try explaining with good reasoning things to the franchise owner at this location about health and safety.it is met with ignorance. I left thinking that this place is a joke they are cheap when they make your sandwich in order to maximize profit. They refuse to change their bins in their cold counter when their lettuce or tomatoes are bad. They have no knowledge whatsoever of, not only how to make the things you order, but with customer service. The franchisees that own this place make money by ripping people off and if the Board of Health and Safety doesn’t shut them down, I hope Jersey Mikes put them out of business.

  Had my 3 kids in hockey camp at Castle Downs this week. They wanted Subway for lunch everyday. Kiran was so helpful and after the first day she remembered all 3 of my kiddos orders. She was so nice and made my life so much easier during a very busy week. Sandwiches were delicious everyday and my kiddos gobbled them up. Thanks so much Kiran! :)

  TO ALL SUBWAY LOCATIONS: As a former employee and long standing customer, I'd like to raise concerns about the quality and quantity of subway going in the gutter. I live in Canada and it doesn't matter what location I order from, it's the same disappointment. If I personally go inside to order, it's fine. Nice experience. HOWEVER, if I order through Uber eats or any other party, I am SEVERELY ripped off. I will order a veggie sub and pay for additional cheese and guacamole. Which is fine. But am I ever sick of receiving my sub only to open and it and find barely anything on it. I'm talking like no lettuce, 2 tomatoes and so on, as if it was just bottom of the barrel scraps thrown on. I end up paying 20 dollars for basically a peice of bread. It doesn't even matter what location I order from it's the same nonsense every single time. This isnt adding slightly less to save money anymore, it's legitimately stealing from your customers. I don't know if every owner has been told to cheap out as much as possible, but it's wrong and its greedy. Its basically theft at this point and I'm sick of it. I'm not even a picky person and this is the first time I've ever in my life reach out to write a complaint. If this scamming continues, people will catch on and start spending their money else where. Adding a decent amount of vegetables should be the bare minimum and it's not like doing so will loose money. I will no longer be ordering from any subway ever again because it's an absolute slap in the face. This includes going into the establishment as I don't support greed. I encourage your corporation to consider what I am saying as someone who has been purchasing from you for over 20 years. Get some morals and realize your customers won't tolerate being ripped off forever. Thanks, but no thanks.
