  Ordered my footlong sub online, however, the cheese was missing, bread was not toasted, of course, since they didn’t even put the cheese in there. Only half the amount of meat I usually get on my sandwich if I order somewhere else. The Rabbit Hill Rd location down the street near 109st is your next best option!

  Very poor service. The staff member was extremely unmotivated — even though the place was empty, she didn’t take our order for a long time. We had a large order, and she clearly didn’t want to make the effort. We waited about 10 minutes while she was thinking and talking to the manager, and no other customers came in during that time. It seems like she’s not interested in earning money. The manager should really reconsider whether this kind of employee is suitable for the job.

  Went to this subway in hopes of a good sandwich, i ordered italian herb and cheese bread, but to my disappointment it didn’t even have any cheese on the bread. I asked for my sandwich toasted and watch it be left in the toaster for a few minutes instead of actually been toasted. The lady looked pretty swamped with the lunchtime rush, perhaps the restaurant just needs to have more staff at busy times. Overall my sandwich was definitely not up to subway standard and i won’t be returning.
