  the employee working on saturday september 5 at 2pm was extremely passive aggressive and clearly had more important things to do with her time, she didnt want to serve me even though i was the only customer in the store and rushed to push me out of the store, she misheard me multiple times despite me being very clear, and was extremely sassy. I have worked in customer service my whole life and completely understand having off days but looking at other reviews, it seems as though this is the standard for this location. First and last time coming here

  I ordered a pop and she assumed I wanted medium and I asked for large and she said medium okay not a question just pet it in and I ordered pizza sub no sauce with only cheese lettuce cucumber and pickles and I said no sauce she tried adding sauce then assumed i wanted onions and grabbed a handful and tried adding it I told her no and oh okay no apologies for assuming and she gave me this bread that’s falling apart and i found some onions in my sub do not go to this sub way unless you want a girl who won’t listen and assume what you want

  Worst Subway experience I've had. As regular Subway customers (3-4 times a week), this location completely misses the mark. I placed a pickup order, and not only was the sandwich completely un-toasted, but it was missing critical ingredients entirely (no cheese, no olives, no crispy onions), and the portion of meat and veggies was roughly half of what standard locations serve. To make matters worse, I was waiting right inside the store while it was made, and nobody bothered to inform me if they were out of stock on items. Now I completely understand why they are running 'BOGO 6-inch' promos. They are cutting corners heavily. Do yourself a favor and check the reviews before ordering here—wish I had. Skip this location.

  Waited roughly 30 minutes to order because the only employee was untrained and "new here", despite being only one of two customers. The other customer was also ignored as the employee seemingly dismissed us in order to do random tasks. Did not know the menu items well, nor did they know where the "snackwhich" bread was (which seems to be common across all Subways), and was not asked if I wanted a different item, instead I had to wait until another employee arrived to direct them. They also struggled to make the sandwhich itself. They were a good person, I moreso blame the company and hiring managers for not providing training or hiring more adequate staff.

  Diya made my sub today and did a great job! She was sweet, friendly, and got my order exactly right. Great customer service!
