  Very disappointing customer service. I placed an online order for two footlong subs, but the employee didn’t greet or acknowledge me, didn’t ask if I was there for pickup, and even served a walk-in customer before me while I was waiting. She also didn’t ask if I needed a bag for my order. This is my second bad experience at this location. A smile and basic customer service go a long way. I hope the customer service improves, as the current staff’s attitude is not welcoming. The food was even worst i added extra tomatoes and extra onions and i got just 2 slices of tomatoes like for real man. Change your employee this is not how anyone should serve their customers

  Sorry, it was not the best, nor the friendliest or welcoming or the most efficient service I've had in comparison to other Subways. The vibe I received from the elderly gentleman was that I was interrupting his day and was an irritant. The freshness of the vegetables was also questionable. I don't think I'll be going back to this location.

  I ordered a Tuna Sub. ...and it still was a large sub. It took me thru a late lunch, to an early breakfast.

  Made the sandwich completely wrong (ordered online) Did not have crispy onions and did not tell me till the sandwich was already made.

  Absolutely no customer service. The old man working.. maybe the owner? It’s time to retire or sell your business. Never coming back to this location.
