  I ordered three footlong subs and one 6-inch Chicken Teriyaki. I specifically requested three sauces in the instructions, but all the sandwiches were dry with no sauce at all. When I got home and started eating, the food was disappointing because the order was not made as requested. I called the store and spoke to a brown Asian employee, explained the situation, and he insisted the sandwiches were made correctly. If everything was correct, why would I take the time to call and complain? This was very poor customer service. Being busy is not an excuse for making orders incorrectly. I paid full price and expect my food to be prepared properly. Customers deserve to receive what they ordered, with no compromises.

  I came to your restaurant today and it was unbearably hot. I asked the employees if they had air conditioning, and they said it didn't work. Then I spoke to the manager, Jackie, who was unfriendly and silently typed something into the computer screen. I feel very sorry for the employees who have to work in such conditions.

  I almost passed out while waiting for my sandwich! It's not just hot there, there's no air, it's impossible to breathe! I tried to talk to the manager, Jackie (by the way, she didn't say hello). She listened for a bit, said she'd pass it on to someone else, then started looking at the computer screen and completely ignored me while I was talking to her. People like that shouldn't be managers or working with people. I didn't expect an apology, but I didn't expect to be ignored either. I'm writing here because I'm sure the manager won't do anything, and I feel sorry for those who work there. I couldn't stand it for 15 minutes, and the people there should be working all day.

  Just ordered my Sub, two woman working currently wish i would have grabbed their names, Monday May 18 @12:30. The one woman was a multitasking goddess talking kindly to our son, making the subs and filling/tidying up as she went, even looking over and making sure the other woman's sub was correct. We go to a LOT of subways and this was probably one of the most positive experiences Ive had. All our subs look fantastic.
