  the location is neatly arranged and has wonderful costumer service. I went to so many locations but this one is good, specially Asha has great way welcome and treating every customer respectfully.

  Great service, fresh ingredients, and a clean restaurant. Always a pleasant experience! Excellent customer service and fresh food. One of the best Subway locations I’ve visited.

  Asha is the best! She has been taking care of us at this location for quite a few years and always greets us with a smile. She consistently goes above and beyond, she even memorized my son's exact sub order before he recently changed it. Outstanding, friendly service that makes every visit a pleasure.

  As a regular local customer, I feel compelled to share some serious concerns about this location (2716 James Mowatt Trail SW). This store is consistently understaffed, with rarely more than one employee on duty at any time of day. As a result, the staff are visibly stressed, overwhelmed, and rushed. Because of this, customers are not receiving properly prepared food or decent service, as online delivery orders are continually prioritized over in-person guests. Genuine customer service and human interaction have completely disappeared here, replaced entirely by an assembly line that values speed over quality. During my recent visit, I received no real customer service, just a rushed, fake interaction. It is incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money only to be hurried out of the store for the company's convenience. The employee even had the nerve to ask me to grab a drink from the fridge for a SkipTheDishes order while I was grabbing my own, just to save herself time. After my sandwiches were made, I honestly just wanted to leave without paying, but out of principle, I paid for the work that was done. To top it all off, the employee had the audacity to ask me four different times, aggressively pointing at the new QR scanner on the counter, to rate the store's service. I did exactly that. I hope you appreciate the review! RESPONSE TO OWNER: Since this platform does not allow me to reply directly to the owner's response, I am posting this additional review. Your standard apology misses the point entirely. The conditions at this store are severe enough that I am considering bringing this to the attention of Alberta Employment Standards for the sake of your workers. Your employees work environment and well-being are far more important than the cost-cutting practices currently being used. Both your staff and your local customers deserve better.
