  The lady cashing out orders asked if I wanted to make my order a combo, I agreed and asked for 2 cookies (oatmeal raisin). She grabbed 2 “cookies” from the cookie rack that were absolutely crushed and handed the bag to me. I immediately asked her for a replacement because I am not paying for cookie crumbs and she started yelling saying the cookies are really soft that’s why they’re like that and said that I’m crushing them more (I was holding the bag at the top). So I pointed out the other cookies on the shelf weren’t crushed and asked her if I have 2 of the other cookies that aren’t in pieces and she said no. Very rude and disgusting lady. While I understand they have to sell their products, maybe ask if someone would be ok with getting cookie crumbs before passing them off.

  Sept01, 5:00pm I assume she is Indian staff, I don’t know her name because there is no name tag. So rude throwing my sandwich on counter without saying anything.

  Very disappointing experience. I placed and paid for my order online, but when I went to pick it up, I was asked to show ID. I didn’t have my ID with me, so I had to go all the way back to my car just to get it before they would give me my order. I’ve never had this happen when picking up an online food order before, and the whole situation felt completely unnecessary and ridiculous. Definitely won’t be returning to this Subway location.
