  Rama (so she says is her name) put the wrong sauce on my daughter's sub. My daughter didn't notice until she was sitting down to eat. She asked for a replacement sub when Rama took her sub and spooned off the sauce all while put her fingers through all the toppings making a complete mess of it. At that time my daughter asked for a refund and Rama refused. When asked to use the public washroom as my daughter was quite upset, Rama lied and said there was no washroom key. When asked again she straight up said no she wasn't giving her the key. Paying customer not allowed to use the washroom? Never coming back to this location and will make sure to tell ALL my friends and family to do the same.

  We came to Subway tu purchase some cookies and when I wanted to use the washroom the staff said it was an “only staff washroom” even though there was no signs on the door that indicated that. The second washroom was occupied and was not available. It is extremely sad that as a paying customer you are not able to use the facilities.

  Humanity is dead here. I’m sick and asked if I could use the restroom, but was told I couldn't use it without buying something. It’s truly awful here—humanity really is dead; you definitely shouldn't go here.

  Did mobile order for pick up Bread is hard no sauce which i asked for extra and the chicken i didn't even taste it there was more veggies then chicken must be new owners cause I have been to this one before. I will never order here again
