  Wish I would have looked at the quality of their "fresh" ingredients. How is your lettuce brown when you just opened? Tomatoes and cucumbers looked gross too. Probly the last straw for subway for me. Probly fresher ingredients for n the dumpster behind McDonalds

  The worker would not let me scan my coupon. She said only through the app. I showed her it says, "scan at store". She still said no. The app only allows Google Pay, which will not let me use my debit visa. I will not be going to Subway again.

  Just sharing my experience with the employee yesterday night . If there is any option to give -0 stars then i would give them that . On 12 march i ordered a pickup for 3 subs when i called to complaint for not enough topping , she said our owner told us not to put topping if customer pays , just give the customer empty sub with cheese only . So disappointing , if you dont know how to make sub or don’t want to work they why you came to the store with your attitude stay home and enjoy snow . I am working as Team leader At restaurant but was not expecting these answers from her . Stay home if you have Attitude problem and make customer pissed off . Attaching the picture here it supposed to be tomatoes in it but she said her owner told her to not put topping if the customer pays .
