We visited this store yesterday (Jan 04, 2026 around 6.45 pm) and ordered a Tuna Footlong, which came with an extra 6-inch for $1.99 using a coupon. In my 12 years of eating at Subway, I have never experienced anything like this.
I understand that a store may occasionally run out of one or two vegetables or certain types of bread, but this situation was far beyond that. The green peppers were unavailable, and the cucumber that was served appeared to have been cut two to three days earlier. The slices did not snap when bent; they simply folded.
The main reason I am writing, however, is the bread. The Italian Herbs and Cheese bread was extremely hard, similar to a rusk or toast biscuit. I wish I could upload a video. When I dropped the bread on a plate, it bounced like a ping-pong ball. I took two to three bites and had to throw it away. Later that night, I experienced severe acidity.
My child was looking forward to this meal, and because the sandwich was inedible, we had to give her something else.
I am genuinely concerned about how this restaurant is passing city inspections. Should customers not be informed when bread is no longer fresh and has effectively gone stale before being served? “Fresh” is a core part of Subway’s brand promise, and this experience did not meet that standard.
I now realize why the couple ahead of me touched the bread and cancelled their order, choosing to order from somewhere else instead.
I am thinking to report to city food inspections with the video.
Rock hard bread, not edible.
I ordered three subs through the Subway app, carefully customizing each one. I had a steak and cheese sub with specific toppings, a chicken sub with different toppings, and a ham and cheese sub. Unfortunately, the toppings were completely mixed up. They put the chicken sub’s toppings on my steak and cheese, the steak and cheese toppings on the chicken sub, and even the ham and cheese ended up with the wrong ingredients and wasn’t toasted as requested.
In the end, I had to take everything apart at home and rebuild the sandwiches myself, which was really disappointing. This was not the experience I expected, and I’m not planning to order from this location again. And no longer ordering through the subway app.

Something was wrong with the bread in our sandwiches, it was very hard and brittle - difficult to eat.
If we'd eaten in and realized sooner, I think we would have asked for a refund.

Most unhygienic subway till date i have seen
I was so scared to get food poisoning and i might get it tomorrow
Meat seemed like its been sitting for days and all cheeses were mixed and sticking to each other, all vegetables were soggy and going bad, you can just tell by looking at it.
I hate how subway franchise is not keeping their quality control at this specific site. First time ever i felt like puking just by the looks of the dirt on their food trays.
