  Great service! My best friend and I go to this location all the time and never once had a bad experience! I think costumer service workers deserve the utmost respect. They have to deal with some disrespectful people sometimes. They are able to handle those situations with professionalism and grace offering what they can to fix it. It’s just unfortunate that people have to be so rude sometimes. Nimrat is the absolute sweetest! We had a wonderful experience with her. Will definitely keep coming back! Hope to see her again!

  Sam was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to ask how my son and I were doing and actually chatted with us while making our order. You could tell she truly cared about giving us a great experience, not just getting us through the line. Honestly, I think Sam provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when ordering food. She was so positive, personable, and just an absolute pleasure to interact with. Subway is lucky to have someone like her on their team! Thank you, Sam, for making our visit so great! You definitely left an impression.

  Excellent customer service! The employee ( Monila) was very friendly, polite, and professional. She prepared my order quickly and accurately, and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. Their positive attitude and attention to customers really stood out. Great experience overall—I would definitely recommend this Subway!

  Avoid this location! While I love Subway's food, the service here is non-existent. I waited nearly 10 minutes upfront while the sole employee chatted on the phone in the back. When she finally served me, she was completely tuned out and made me repeat my order multiple times. At checkout, she refused my cash payment ($100 bill) and claimed they couldn't process cash at all. I had to leave without my food while she just stared at me without a word of apology. Terrible customer service.
