  I don’t usually write reviews, but Sam absolutely deserves one. She went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. She prepared my order with great care and attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfect. What impressed me most was her positive attitude and the pride she clearly takes in her work. It’s rare to meet someone who consistently delivers such outstanding customer service while making customers feel welcome and appreciated. Employees like Sam are the reason people come back to a restaurant. Subway is very fortunate to have someone like Sam on the team. She is a true example of excellence, and I sincerely hope her hard work and dedication are recognized. Thank you, Sam, for making my day a little brighter—you are amazing!

  I would first like to say the girl named Sam is a rock star and desurves a substantial raise!!!! The lady working with her today should be fired on the spot. There were 4 people behind me and 2 in front. The girl named Sam was dealing with the 2 in front of me and the other girl took my order, (ham and cheese on italian asked me what cheese, put iit on and walked away to the back...came back carrying an empty cup that she promptly filled in front of a line up of lunch time rush customers and proceeded ti go to the back. I was shocked. How could someone be so daft as to leave a fellow Co worker in that situation? I've worked the food industry over 15 years and I've never seen such an utter lack of human respect. Sam took it all in stride and took over my order with ease and finished with me before tackling the growing lunch rush being me Serious rock star attitude!!! To the other girl... you should be ashamed do better..... On a side note will definitely be back! BEST Sandwich I've had in a long time!! Thanks Sam!!!

  Lettuce was brown around the edges. Need to refresh more often. Plus Need to put the veggies from edge to edge. Question: when you butter your toast. Do you just butter the center of the bread & not the whole slice 🤔
