    I ordered chicken teriyaki 1 foot long for almost $15 with a little chicken , in the other subway , the put chicken with the right portion or more chicken, better by popeye than subway ,I will not come back again with a little portion of chicken.

    Extremely disappointing experience. Now I see why there’s such a bad rating. I ordered a sub and was given a wrap instead. Not only was it the wrong order, but when I took a bite I realized there was virtually nothing in it and no sauce at all. It was completely dry and honestly inedible. I went back expecting a simple apology and correction, but instead I was met with arguments and attitude. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the employee acted as though replacing the incorrect order would be doing me a favour. I ended up leaving feeling more insulted than anything else. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time issue. This location is close to my office, so I’ve given it multiple chances, and almost every visit has been disappointing. On a previous visit, I ordered a salad bowl and potato rings. The salad bowl wasn’t even filled properly and looked like half a portion, while the potato rings were soggy, greasy, and clearly not fresh. Poor food quality, incorrect orders, and even worse customer service. After several disappointing experiences, I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

    Would not order online here. They will not put vegetables and sauces properly and when you go back and confront them, they will yell at you.

    I stopped by Subway early this morning before work, and I was genuinely impressed by the service. Riza was on duty, and despite the morning rush, she handled everything with incredible efficiency and professionalism. She greeted every customer with a smile, kept the line moving quickly, and still made each person feel welcomed and valued. What stood out most was how attentive she was while preparing my order. She remembered special requests without missing a beat, made sure everything was fresh and neatly prepared, and checked in politely to make sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. Even while multitasking and helping several customers, she stayed calm, friendly, and upbeat the entire time. Starting the day with service like that makes a huge difference. Riza’s positive attitude and strong work ethic are clearly an asset to this location. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. 5 stars!

    We stopped by Subway after picking up my two boys, and honestly it turned our tiring day around. My youngest was already getting fussy and my older son kept changing his mind about what he wanted on his sandwich, but the staff were incredibly patient and kind the entire time. One staff member even talked to my son while making his sandwich and made him laugh, which instantly calmed him down. They didn’t rush us at all even though there were other customers coming in. They carefully made sure our orders were correct, suggested toppings my son might like, and packed everything neatly for takeout. The restaurant was very clean, ingredients looked fresh, and the customer service felt genuinely warm and welcoming — not something you experience everywhere these days. Small acts of kindness really make a difference for parents with young kids, and this team definitely went above and beyond. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our evening easier and more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
