  I love Arbys, they really cheaped out on their fake cheese sauce this time tho, it almost made me choke on my sandwich. Oh and bring back the Arby-Q!!

  I was not too impressed with the service. When I went through the drive thru, it took me repeating my order 11 times before the lady on the other end figured it out. I figured maybe she was having a bad day so didn't really think too much about it. When I went to pay, She asked what sauces I wanted, I asked for Horseradish and she gave me a weird look and asked me again. I had to repeat this 6 times to her. Finally she said ok and then told me I need to drive to the front door since they need to make one thing of fries. I asked why since there is no one behind me and fries only takes about a minute to cook. She made a rude comment. When I finally got my food and left, I looked in the bag and saw she never gave me any horseradish. Just Arby sauce. Plus the fries all tasted like the fryer oil went bad and needs to be replaced badly. I will not be going there again.

  Gotta say the young man behind the till taken orders working the drive through Just helped the lady that wasn't able to take my order helped her out. Really good customer service Manger you better give gim a high five!!

  this used to be one of the last top notch locations left i used to drive across the city for it. the last couple months it has gone down hill (not sure if its new staff or what) who ever shaves the beef cuts too thick and I've gotten a few discolored sandwiches lately too. I just threw away my third double roast beef in a month. don't think ill be returning
