  Smashed avocado and turkey on whole grain with extra avocado, spinach, cucumber, green peppers, crunchy onions, and black olives. Salt pepper and mayo. Good clean energy for the rest of my day. Thank you to the staff for the great service everything.

  Came to Subway for lunch. I love Subway & travel quite a bit so I’ve been to many locations. As soon as I walked in, I thought oh this is nice and clean and bright. All the Food looked nice and fresh! I sat down to eat my sub and it was awesome. I think it’s the best sub I’ve had at Subway yet. Well done!!

  Very disappointing experience at the Subway on 50th Avenue in Drayton Valley (May 3rd, around 8:30 PM). My online order was made incorrectly with missing toppings. When I returned, both employees (one female and one male) responded in a rude and argumentative way instead of fixing the issue. They insisted I had to pay extra for items already included and told me to order from another location. Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. This situation should have been handled respectfully.

  Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I walked in at 8:45pm, a full 15 minutes before closing, and the employee clearly didn’t want to do his job. He rushed me the entire time, was already putting food away, and was literally hiding the veggies so I couldn’t order properly. When I asked about the pricing (which didn’t match other locations), instead of explaining like a normal person, he was rude and dismissive. Then he had the nerve to tell me “don’t come here again.” Seriously? Who talks to customers like that? If you’re open until 9, then do your job until 9. Don’t treat paying customers like a burden just because you want to go home early. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you want terrible service and attitude.
