  Went in to order and waited 30min and no one came to the counter. When we walked in we saw them head to the back and they never came out. We knocked on the door, asked if someone Was there and got no answer. Ended up leaving and headed to the other one my McDonalds and got food immediately.

  I would rate this a zero if I could, walked in and saw a worker go into the back. Waited for thirty minutes for them to serve me and they did not come out of the back.

  Honestly so tired of using the app and yeah sure I can blame the app and not this establishment but they are seriously no help. I paid for my food to be a certain way and these clowns are changing their app all of the time. Just FYI everything automatically comes with lettuce tomato cucumber onion so my kids will have a soggy sub that I treated them with by lunch time today. The girl behind the counter doesn’t have a clue what I am talking about. I’m calling it quits with the overpriced junk and the app having multiple malfunctions now. I don’t like subway anymore. I legitimately associate subway with bad experiences now.
