  Poor service. The person making our sandwiches essentially punched the bread down before making it. We also ordered a combo which came with a fountain pop. Turned out the pop was flat so upon attempting to communicate that to a staff who seemed very uninterested in helping, she went over and made sure Diet Pepsi was pouring without tasting it? Then told me it was fine pretty rudely. Shocking, it wasn’t fine, it was still flat. . . Just go somewhere else. Too many other quality businesses in Canmore.

  It is a Subway alright, but honestly, the place is a mess - food and used napkins on the floor everywhere, bathroom floors and door handles are filthy so that I did not even want to touch anything including the touchless hand dryers. We asked for hot tea, and the only thing they had for hot drinks was coffee - no thanks, if you keep the place in this state, I's rather not guess what your coffee pots look from the inside. On another note, it was difficult to find parking in front of this Subway. The parking lot was packed.

  The bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper and paper towel all over the floor, everything was wet and no soap. Wouldn’t have stayed here to eat if we didn’t preorder ahead of time.

  This is an exceptional Subway Restaurant. This is a busy area and the only Subway for miles. I watched the three employees work as a team to keep the sandwiches flowing and customers happy. Most chains have a lunch rush this place has a day rush and the staff are friendly and professional and calm under pressure.

  Stopping in for a quick bite, the first thing that blew me away was the absolutely stunning mountain view right from the restaurant—you definitely do not get that at every sandwich shop! The whole environment was incredibly welcoming, and the entire place, from the dining area to the prep station, was completely spotless. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, making sure to get our orders exactly right while keeping the line moving fast. It is great to get such quick food without ever feeling rushed by the team. They really nailed it with the fresh ingredients, too; the crisp vegetables and generous toppings made for a perfect, satisfying veggie sub. If you are looking for a clean, fast, and friendly spot to grab a great meal while taking in the beautiful scenery, this is the place. Highly recommend!
