  This restaurant has horrible service and are just money grabbers. They lost my order and won’t even refund me and have horrible staff.

  I will NEVER buy from here again. Made me pay twenty two dollars for a buy one get a second half off. You had to buy it online and then wait half an hour before you could pick it up... okay. I head inside and find out that they took my money but didn't get my order, But my money was gone.... I ask them to double check their system and get met with "Did you maybe order at our Wetaskiwin store"? Yes because I told you the address of the store but I could have been mistaken TOTALLY. TLDR I got charged but didn't get the food after an hour of waiting, They wouldn't refund me till half a week later and then tried to scam me to pay for it again with a buy one get one free coupon instead of a refund.

  I had such a great experience at Subway! Jazzlyn made my sub exactly how I asked and provided amazing customer service with such a welcoming attitude. I asked for lots of extra veggies, and she definitely did not disappoint! I haven’t had a sub this good in a long time. Thank you, Jazzlyn!

  Ordered the 7.99 meal of the day, Turkey breast. I requested to add rotisserie chicken onto my sub, and when I got to the till to pay, the total was $17. I asked why it was so high, and they said that the "chicken had to come first" on the till. I ended up paying for the 7.99 meal deal, plus an entire 6inch rotisserie chicken sub on the side, just because I added the meat to my sub. Could have charged me for extra meat, or even double meat, but I paid for an entire sub that I did not get.
