  Recently visited the Subway in Camrose after the renovations, and unfortunately the new layout is a big step backward. There’s noticeably less seating—probably around half of what it used to be—which makes it tough to find a place to sit during busier times. With this now being the only Subway in Camrose after the downtown location closed, that’s a pretty big issue. The soda fountain area is also poorly designed. It’s tucked into a narrow space between a table and the ordering counter, so if someone is using it and another person comes up behind them, it turns into an awkward shuffle—especially if people are seated right beside it. Overall, the renovations look nice, but the customer experience took a hit. Hoping they can reconsider the layout or seating situation, because right now it feels cramped and less convenient than before.

  Very poor customer service. I made an online order yesterday and went in store to pick my order. I was hoping my order would be ready. But they were working on cutomer in line first whereas it should have been first come first serve. I made my order before coming to store. I even asked the guy behind cash, he told me they are working on my order. But they still made food for the cutomer who came in store after me first. Totally ridiculous.

  One of the best things about this Subway location is its extended operating hours, staying open from 6 AM until 12 AM, which makes it very convenient whether you need an early breakfast, a quick lunch, or a late-night meal. Compared to many other locations, the longer hours are a huge advantage for busy customers and travelers. The restaurant consistently serves fresh ingredients, and the vegetables, bread, and fillings always taste fresh and well-prepared. The staff also does a great job maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store. The dining area, counters, and preparation stations are kept neat and organized, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment for customers. Overall, it’s a reliable place for a quick and fresh meal, with excellent cleanliness standards and convenient timings that make it stand out from other Subway locations.
