  They will take forever with your orders, I ordered before my friend and she was served before me, they then served 10 other people who had ordered as long as 10 minutes after me and had significantly more food, staff needs to get it together

  What a disgrace this company has become. You cannot even taste the beef in their tacos because it's almost non existent. Whoever is managing this Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves. Here is a suggestion, how about you actually put some beef into the tacos instead of just lettuce!

  Awful experience, terrible management. Due to a kiosk malfunction on the new machines I was charged over 26 dollars for lunch and the kiosk did not send my order to the till. They did not simply make the food for me or refund my money even after showing the transaction through my bank. 2 weeks later after an extensive investigation that included speaking with 3 people at head office, I was offered a gift card in the amount because it's faster or if I don't mind waiting they will reverse the charge. Also, I ordered taco bell, but taco bell head office said I had to call KFC because it's a split restaurant 😅😅😅😅 I couldn't imagine a worst experience. This is not the dark ages. Do you have money without a corresponding order? Oh you do? Just make the dam food and let's go. Awful

  Less than a teaspoon of beef in my beef supreme soft taco and fries supreme. You will not get your money worth. They are ripping off people by putting less than the minimum amount of ingredients in their products. Save your money for Mucho Burrito or any other Mexican taco place for less money and better taste. The mall should close this place down.
