  I went to Taco Bell yesterday. Great customer service, sarah assisted with me great care and walked me through the menu. She was also very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend

  Wondering how they manage their ordering system. Have been waiting for 40 mins without any notification while a lot of order behind me left with their order already. When I asked for checking my order, a guy was looking and took my bag of food out with an explaination 'the receipt has not printed out yet, that is the reason', while I saw the bag was ready and sitting there about 15 mins.

  Asked for a few things taken off my crunchwrap, they did not comply with that. Very careless staff. I was standing waiting for my food for 35 minutes. Horrible service.
