  I had such a wonderful experience at Subway, and I especially want to recognize Gurpreet for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. It’s honestly refreshing to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Gurpreet was very attentive and made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. She was polite, efficient, and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Her kindness and great personality really stood out. The food was fresh, my order was made perfectly, and the overall service was excellent. Gurpreet is a great representation of what good customer service should look like. Employees like her can really make a difference in a customer's day, and I truly appreciated how pleasant she made my visit.

  I was with my friend during this Subway visit, and the experience was very disappointing. While our order was being prepared, Gurpreet told us to sit back and wait. We politely said, “No, we’re good,” because we wanted to stay there and make sure our order was prepared according to our instructions. What made the experience worse was that Gurpreet continued interfering while Parneet was making our food and told her to use less of the ingredients we had specifically requested extra. As a customer, I don’t think we should have to feel uncomfortable or be made to feel like we are asking for something unreasonable when we are simply asking for what we ordered and paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on providing respectful and consistent customer service.

  We ordered 3 Footlongs—2 chicken and 1 veggie—and clearly requested extra vegetables and sauces on all of them. Parneet was preparing our order and was following our instructions properly. However, her colleague Gurpreet kept interrupting her and telling her not to add extra ingredients and to put less, even though we had specifically paid for and requested extra toppings. Honestly, it was very uncomfortable and disappointing to watch. We were standing right there, and it felt like we were being denied something we had already ordered and paid for. Are the ingredients coming out of her own pocket? If a customer pays for extra toppings, they should receive what they ordered. Parneet was doing her job properly and following our instructions, but the constant interference from her colleague made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. I hope the management looks into this and makes sure customers receive exactly what they order and pay for. Very disappointing service.

  This is literally the BEST Subway in all of Calgary!! The staff are always so kind, welcoming and they make sure to greet you the second you walk in. Their customer service is honestly 10/10 every single time. AND THE SUBS?? They absolutely LOAD them up!! Forget asking for double meat they already pack my subs FULL every visit 😭🔥 Also, somehow this is the only place that understands that the sub sauce belongs ON TOP, and they always make sure to do it perfectly even if you mention it later in the order. Hands down my favorite Subway location ever. Amazing staff, amazing service, and amazing portions every time!!

  The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I have been there several times and it has always been a great experience. Sandwich was made correctly and staff checked to see we were happy.
