  All attendants here are super warm on arrival and they attend to me very well! Gurpreet is especially always receptive and kind when I visit as I've met her a couple of times.

  I had an amazing experience at the Cityscape NE Subway thanks to Gurpreet. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Gurpreet took the time to make my order perfectly, paid attention to every detail, and kept a positive attitude even while things were busy. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the ingredients looked fresh. It’s rare to find customer service this good at a fast food spot, but Gurpreet really went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. You can tell they care about customers and take pride in their work. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had in Calgary. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
