    I stopped in for the buy one get one free promotion that was featured. I asked the girl behind the counter about it and she rudely said that’s online you can sit down, Andrews she walked away. I sat down and opened up the app. I selected the promo and picked a cold cut combo sub with extra cheese and bacon, at the check out part of the app it said “ Sorry, qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer, or a different deal has been applied.“ I tried to go back and order just the sub with no extras. That didn’t work. Then I added the coupon code BOGOFL and it sent me to the pay for your order section. I paid with Apple Pay. I checked my order in the apps where it showed only 1 sub. I asked the girl at the counter and she said that she can only make one sub. I told her that she told me to order online and that I did. My app said my sub was made and ready, but she had not made the sub yet. I tried to cancel my order and it’s not possible to cancel the order in the app. She said she cannot cancel the order in store either. I was very frustrated. I wanted the second sub for my wife and my only option was to take the one sub or pay for a second sub. I told the girl to make the one sub. She made not saying a word, wrapped it and handed me the sub and walked away. Very disappointed in the app and the customer service of the girl working. I did not feel like a valued customer at this location.

    Disgusting food. Cold cut combo meat with darkened edges means it been sitting out for a while; ones underneath with proper color/texture. Tomatos were black in the middle; complained that they were serving rotten produce so they scanned for fresher tomato and left the black ones for the next customers. Told me all the bread were fresh and I told them that they usually arent...then told me that the white italian was freshest and used that to make my sandwich. Brought it back to office and the moment I grasped the sandwich the bread began to crumble. Even filed a complaint with Subway corporate; all they did was response with - "Closed' status on my complaint...no acknowledgement, no apology, no steps to stop this from happening further. This location and company have become sketchy; even went to another location at a different date and they too had bad produce that no one cared to inspect/remove. Not sure how 'eating healthier' includes bad ingredients.

    Ordered online via the app and all 3 subs were made incorrectly. Two were wrong enough that they had to be remade. The third was eaten with the errors. We were bumped to the back of the line for the subs to be remade. The staff member did not apologize or do anything to compensate for the error or wait time. Very poor! Will not attend this location again. At least two of the subs tasted good once they were corrected.

    Customer service was top-notch not sure if it was the manager, but the one older lady was really nice and sweet. She gave me a free cookie definitely the best subway in Calgary.
