  Got a really bad stomachache after getting the black forest ham here. Never gotten sick from Subway before and I've had subway countless times in my life. Also, whoever opened yesterday morning (Sunday May 23rd) needs to work on her customer service skills. I get that this is fast food, but if you can't work a customer facing role, work in the back or somewhere else. Zero smile and I felt like she was annoyed to have to deal with me the whole time. Asked for a water cup, she couldn't separate the stack of cups with the gloves on so she took the gloves OFF and handed me one. Disgusting hygiene practice! If this is what she does in front of me, can't image what kind of lack of hygiene she does in the back. No wonder I got sick from here! There was a tip prompt which is laughable cause it's fast food and also the service was terrible. After I paid and hit 0 tip, she basically stormed away without saying "have a nice day or thanks for coming". AVOID THIS PLACE!

  Diana provided amazing service at Subway. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and keeps a positive attitude even when it’s busy. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway thanks to her great customer service.

  We ordered a business lunch order. The confirmation was sent. And the subway messed up the order. The footlong was not supposed to have any pickles, jalapenos, or regular onions. Also only Mayo but it was with spicy sauce which was not part of the order. All of the above was in this order. They staff made us go back to get a new sub and could not simply refund the incorrect order. If I could give this location ZERO STARS, I would have!
