  We ordered online and they said the order was ready at 1:50 but when I go to pick it up they said they’re still making it. I go 10 min later and they still say that they are still making it. Once the sandwich came it was really bland and didn’t make it to how I had ordered it online. Very bad service overall and the employees seemed very rude and showed a lot of attitude when I came to ask for my sandwich.

  I would like to appreciate one of the best employees at subway , Parmeet. He is the most kind person, always wearing a beautiful smile whenever I visit here . He is also very friendly and make sandwiches very professionally . I gives 10 out of 10 for his hardworking and good behavior.

  Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and he even added himself a tip without asking me first. That’s completely unacceptable. I noticed the extra charge later and felt disrespected as a customer. If you want this place to keep a good reputation, you should seriously pay attention to who you hire and supervise your staff better. I would not recommend this place after this experience.🤢🤢🤢

  Pretty disappointing experience. The employee making the sandwich seemed confused the whole time. I asked for spinach and got lettuce first, and there was a noticeable language barrier that slowed everything down, especially with a long line. But the real issue is the portions. I paid around $10 for a 12-inch sub and got less than five pickles on it. When I asked for more, they were literally being counted out instead of just adding a proper amount, which is honestly ridiculous. What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve been to this location before and other staff have had no problem giving a normal, generous amount of pickles. So this clearly isn’t a store standard…just inconsistent service. If you’re charging that much, don’t be stingy with basic toppings
