  Dropped by the Skyview Subway today and had a great experience! Muskan was making the sandwiches and she was fantastic. Super polite, fast, and actually paid attention to the details—my sub was made perfectly and wasn't messy at all. Great customer service makes a huge difference. Thanks, Muskan!

  I visited Subway recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and courteous, the service was fast, and my sandwich was prepared exactly as requested. Everything tasted fresh and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. I am very satisfied with the quality of food and customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others and will be coming back again.

  Been coming here since I been living around the neighborhood, it's always a hit a miss, it was good a few times figured I didn't have to worry but this time it was back to how it was when I first came here. Missing ingredients, especially when you pay extra and the sandwiches were soggy. Not sure how hard it is to make a simple sandwhich but apparently, it's hard to follow orders. Definitely will not be ordering anytime soon again. They say they hire sandwich artists but more like they hire a a kid to make a sandwich. Very disappointed with how the quality here is and attention to detail.

  I had an excellent experience at Subway, and I would like to recognize Manali for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her positive attitude created a friendly atmosphere and made the entire visit enjoyable. Thank you, Manali, for your wonderful service, your welcoming smile, and for making customers feel appreciated. Subway is fortunate to have such a hardworking and caring employee on their team.   I ordered veggie delite footage through the app at this location. I picked up the order and came back home. As i took the bite, i couldn't taste any sauce. i took the another bite and still the same. Then i opened the sandwich and as i thought there was no sauce at all, just a drizzle of mayo. I specially asked for extra garlic ailoli, mayo, peppercorn ranch and hot sauce. But the sandwich was completely dry and when i called the store to inform about it, the girl on the phone was like we put all the sauces and even i was looking at a dry bread with veggies in it. When i asked her if she can fix it then i can come to the store and she was like we cannot do anything. We can only give you some sauce but you have to put it by yourself. This was the worst customer service experience ever. She didn't even try to help or offered to change the sandwichor make a new one, just kept arguing that she put the sauces. If the owner of the store is reading this review you need to train your staff better in customer service and making the sandwich. Never coming to this store ever again. Reply to the owner:- I had to confusion. The bread was dry too. There was no flavor in bread of any sauce otherwise i could have tasted that while eating. Rather than making excuses how about train your staff to do a better job and learn what customer service is and how to resolve customer's issue.
