  I oredered online and when i went there order was not ready.I told her to grill amd she said she cannot.She gave me cold sub not toasted and not grilled.Very rude behaviour and no cuatomwr service.Zero rating

  ☆☆☆☆☆ Really disappointing experience at this Subway last night. The employee making my sandwich was rushing me through my order, and when I asked whether she had put the cheese on because I genuinely couldn’t see it, she seemed irritated with me for asking. Things got worse when she put my sandwich into another customer’s bag. I immediately pointed out that it was my sandwich. The other customer also said, “I only ordered one sandwich, why are you giving me two?” The employee then very rudely responded, “It’s none of your business.” Even her own colleagues looked shocked by the way she spoke to the customer. At that point, the whole interaction was so unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable that I decided to leave all three sandwiches behind. I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but there is absolutely no reason to speak to customers that way or make them feel like they’re inconveniencing you by simply asking questions about their own order. I’ve never had an experience like this at Subway before, but after this interaction, I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Management should seriously address how customers are being spoken to here.

  I really miss Subway from back home! It was such a healthy and quick grab, especially when you wanted something simple on the go. I really wish they would introduce a halal menu here. That would honestly make me visit so much more often!
