  I was at Subway today with my sister and we had trouble with our cards. The sandwich had already been made, and I get that might have been frustrating. But the way it was handled felt rude. We tried to explain, but it felt like we were just being pushed to take the food. And I also ordered a drink, but since payment wasn’t going through, we couldn’t take that either. I’d just hope customers can be treated with respect, even when there’s a payment problem.

  I’m particularly rating for Mandeep for her great customer service and care provided to me today. Her calm and quick response in assisting me with urgent restroom need. I was feeling sick and therefore requested her for access to their restroom facility. She quickly analyzed my situation and promptly unlock the door providing me immediate access for the emergency. I truly appreciate her kindness. I wanted to pay for the service but she said no need, it’s okay. Though I already had food. I went ahead paying for the fountain drink. Customer service like this deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you Mandeep for your help today. I come often to buy subways as I’m vegetarian and I’m very much happy with their most staff. Staff like Mandeep makes a difference in the team. 🙏🏽❤️

  I had a great experience at Subway because of Mandeep. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. She prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted and provided excellent customer service. She was patient, helpful, and made my visit really pleasant. Thank you, Mandeep, for the wonderful service! I would definitely recommend this Subway.
