  Staff was great!!! Restaurant and washroom were clean. Got a platter at lunchtime. They made my order very quickly. Great teamwork!!

  A message to the owner: If you think that the frequency of my reviews means my feedback doesn’t have any credibility, then just ignore my feedback. However, Google didn't put me in the top 10% of restaurant reviewers for nothing. I'll tell you what your restaurant's problem is. Your servers don't have a clue what cross contamination is. Whether handling vegetables after holding meat, or in my case handling the chicken in the teriyaki crunch sandwich after laying the salami in a different cold cut sandwich mean nothing to your servers. They do this all the time and they think it is ok. They have no understanding of the concept of cross contamination.

  the girl was really nice i think her name was laveen. she was the only one working there and we chatted, she came to find out ive been working all day and came to get dinner and she asked me at the end if it looked perfect and i thought that was really sweet!

  If you give white women priority over Asian man, put it in writing! If you give walk in order priority over online order, put it in writing! If none of them are true, you need to explain on Friday afternoon, why did you stopped making my order seeing me waiting in front of you and rush to serve the lady entering the store 5 minutes after me? Zero respect and non professional! I am still need you to answer me. The ridiculous thing is you ask for tips before the service is provided. You deserve nothing! I want my 15% tip paid for that order back! I usually drop off my son to pickup the order and waited out side. I always see people come after and leave earlier than my son, I never knew why. Now you need to clarify if you just don’t care about the people who already paid ahead, or it’s based on gender? Race? Now I can imagine how many times you enjoyed having my son waiting until you care to make his meal, so you can feel so powerful so in charge! Disgusting!
