    Ordered the snackwich which I have ordered in the past on occasion, but not been to this location in 6 months, but have been here various times over the past 13 years. Always been good, honest service as I am used to, but this time they asked if I wanted cheese, ham, bacon and veggies which I said yes to. Nothing about additional cost. Just after I paid I realized it was more than the price posted and asked why it was more. The guy who was likely manager/possibly owner, said ‘oh, you added bacon’. I said I was offered bacon and not told it was an extra charge. Lesson learned and I won’t be back to this location any time soon…I didn’t think I would be offered something that I didn’t order and not informed of the extra charge but maybe new management.

    I always have an amazing experience at this location thanks to Nav! She is always friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. My sandwich is consistently made perfectly, with great attention to detail. She always makes sure all the ingredients going into my sandwich are fresh and exactly how I would like. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making a customer’s experience great. Nav’s positive attitude and hard work always really stand out to me. I’ll definitely keep coming back because of the excellent service!!

    I’m in this location often and the ladies in there are always very nice and friendly. Store is always clean as well.

    Two days ago, on Thursday at approximately 8:40 a.m., my children and I visited this Subway location. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was very disappointing. When we arrived, the employee was in the kitchen. After several minutes, she came to the counter but did not greet us, apologize for the wait, or acknowledge us. She remained silent until I initiated the conversation and placed my order. I ordered two tuna sandwiches: one 6-inch and one 12-inch. I specifically asked that the 12-inch sandwich be cut in half and wrapped separately in two bags, and the employee agreed. However, when it was time to pay, the sandwich had not been packaged as requested. When I asked her to wrap the two halves separately, she told me she could not do so because of a “new policy” from the manager. I explained that I have made this same request many times at this location and at other Subway locations without any issue. I then asked where this policy was stated, but she did not provide an answer. When I requested the manager’s contact information so I could ask about this policy directly, she refused and instead asked for my phone number so that the manager could contact me. I declined. I also asked for her name, and she refused to provide it. In general, I have found the staff at this location to be unwelcoming. However, what concerns me most is being given information about a supposed policy without any explanation or transparency. I would appreciate a response from the manager clarifying whether this is in fact a new policy and why staff are unwilling to provide basic customer service and management contact information. Very disappointing experience.
