  I came in last night about 5 minutes before closing. I understand that arriving so close to closing time can be frustrating for staff, and I respect that employees also want to finish their shift. However, the way I was treated was unacceptable. The employee appeared irritated, rushed, and was very rude throughout my visit. When I asked about my order, she abruptly told me, “You have 2 minutes.” She then took the bread and slammed it on the counter. While choosing my vegetables, I accidentally touched the glass of the display case, and she responded in a very rude manner: “Don’t touch the glass, I just cleaned it.” Also asked for 2 kind of sauce and only put one. The employee walked me toward the door while locking up and turning off the lights. I understand the importance of closing procedures, but customers should still be treated with respect until the business is officially closed. I believe this employee would benefit from additional customer service training, especially regarding communication, professionalism, and handling customers near closing time. I hope management can address this situation and ensure future customers have a more positive experience.
