  Thank You, Mital. Even on a busy day, she kept everything smooth, friendly, and gave great service with a smile. She helped me order on the Subway app, made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and turned into a great experience.

  I ordered 3 veggie subs online from the app. My husband went to pick up the order and he ordered a classic veggie power bowl from the store inside. When we came home and open the bowl there was no beans&corn, and there was no tomato-peper, onion salsa. In the app it saws that classic veggie power bowl comes with a beans -corn and salsa. But the employee didn’t put that on in our bowl. When i called to the store i explained everything to the employee she said classic veggie power bowl comes without beans-corn and salsa. She said i need to pay extra for that. How come in your subway application saws that classic veggie power bowl comes with beans-corn, and salsa with it. Not a good experience. Poor customer service.

  Ordered through skip. I dont know what happened to the salami but I ordered the bmt double meat and it smelt and tasted very off it tasted like boar very gamie and not satisfying I took it out of the sub. I really hope I dont get sick. The nachos were good though.

  Placed an order on mobile app. We always place the order with the app because we have an infant and want to make our stops as quick as possible. Our pickup time was for 11:27 and my husband was inside just before. They refused to make our sandwiches until the pickup time and got angry at him when he tried to pick them up. Order wasn't prepared until well after our pick up time and didn't end up getting our order until after 11:40. So frustrated with the employees here.
