  I always come here after work and the service is amazing, the staff is really sweet and always greet with a smile, Highly recommend this subway!! Always a treat coming here!

  I came in around 5:15 and ordered three footlong subs. I asked for them to be wrapped separately because they were for different people and going into separate bags. For some reason, they weren’t wrapped individually , and there were no stickers to hold it stable or labels to tell them apart. I asked if they could throw away the white paper the subs were made on and wrapped separately. I was told they couldn’t do that, which didn’t really make sense to me. Since when is it a policy that subs can’t be wrapped separately? The food itself was good, and the cookies were good too. The staff weren’t rude, but the lack of care with such a simple request was frustrating. When you’re ordering multiple subs for different people, separate wrapping should not be a big issue.

  I never had a bad experience at Subway but this was the first time that it was a worst experience . Sandwiches were not packed properly. The veggies were all here and there .One of the employees were very rude and not properly responsive constantly making faces and rolling eyes .

  Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior from staff. On May 22 around 6:10–6:15 PM, I overheard two employees talking badly about me and my 9-month-old baby in their own language, assuming I wouldn’t understand them. They were mocking the fact that my baby had been loud during a previous visit. Imagine grown adults gossiping about an infant and a mother just trying to eat in peace. Babies make noise — that’s normal. What’s not normal is staff members making customers feel judged, unwelcome, and humiliated behind their backs. If this is how customers are spoken about, management seriously needs to address. Mind you I am their regular customer but won’t be ever going back again !!
