  I ordered three footlong subs—two Veggie Delights and one Rotisserie-Style Chicken. While my order was being prepared, I noticed the salt and pepper shaker didn’t seem to be working properly. I politely mentioned to the employee, Richelle, that it looked like no salt and pepper had been added and asked if she could add a little more. Instead, she added an excessive amount, which made the sub difficult to enjoy. I also felt that her attitude was rude and unprofessional during the interaction. I wanted to share this feedback so that future customers can have a better experience.

  Price was ridiculous, they declined our coupon with out an explanation. Awful service, not what we wanted.

  Hello, I would like to leave feedback regarding the employee who works the morning shifts at Subway. Before school, I often buy sandwiches there for my son, but lately the service has become very unpleasant. The employee often seems nervous and rushed, has difficulty hearing the order correctly, and interrupts while customers are speaking. As a customer, it makes the atmosphere uncomfortable in the morning before school. I understand that morning shifts can be difficult, but I kindly ask you to pay attention to the quality of customer service during these hours. Because of this situation, I am already considering changing the place where I buy sandwiches for my child. It’s unfortunate that I don’t know her name, but the employee is very unpleasant and makes customers feel uncomfortable. Thank you.
