  The food is about as mediocre as youd expect, but the portions are tiny. I felt like telling the sandwich artist that the war is over and we didnt need to ration the spinach. The salads are even worse, I barely got enough foliage to garnish a steak. If youre planning to eat at this subway, I would pack a lunch as well.

  I’ve been there so many times… and ppl at great but subway system is unbelievable I place my order, they charged me. Not only I have proof, I show the time the charge everything. They couldn’t even refund me or give me a bowl. The employee was great she called her manager, then ask me to call the area manager for $12,50 when I’ve spent so much with the location and franchise. These brands don’t have loyalty to customers it’s doesn’t matter how many time you go they won’t do the right thing even when proof is front of them. This isn’t the only time the other location in Longview heritage. Make wait 20 plus minutiers on top since I’ve order .. it’s unfortunate. I’m done with subway.

  I ordered a sub for pick-up for 7am so I could take to work for lunch for the work day. Since they opened at 6:30am I placed an order for pickup to save time when I got there. When I walked in the employee had no idea what I was talking about because they did not turn on the computer. There was still setting up the kitchen when I arrived. IF YOU OPEN AT 6:30 AM BE READY FOR Customers at 6:30 AM

  I ordered a burger and fries combo. When my order came out, there were two fries on the counter—one full and one with much less. The server gave me the one with less even though the fuller one was right there. Also, when I didn’t hear her clearly asking white or brown bread, she had an attitude repeating herself. As a tourist I’m not very familiar with the Guyanese accent yet. The food was very good, but the service could be more welcoming to visitors.
