  I have been wanting to try a Subdog for days! Went to the 17th ave 8th st sw location at 645pm today and asked for a footlocker. He put two 6" dogs on the bun that were way too old and 2 different colors, so I ask the time they were put in that drawer....he said around 3. Wow so they were there for 4 hours....minimum lmao. Ya.....I turned around and walked right out that door disgusted at what I was craving for days! Last time I go to that location as it is not the first issue I have had there!

  went in after 10 pm on friday july 24th. The man working overcharged us and gave us stale cookies. He was rude when we went to tip him and seemed like he did not want to help us as we were trying to tip him. Very upsetting experience. clearly he is unable to do simple math when putting together a bill.

  Just got home with my sub, ate half and ended up biting into something that poked my gums and a scraped my teeth… it was a rusty staple. Glad I didn’t swallow it.

  I placed an order this afternoon and went to pick it up. When I asked for a bag, I was told that I would have to pay an extra charge for it. I regularly order from other Subway locations and have never been charged extra for a bag. This was disappointing and felt inconsistent with the service provided at other locations. Charging customers extra for a bag without making it clear beforehand is not a great customer experience. Because of this, I will think twice before ordering from this location again
