  Great buy-one-get-one deals available on the Subway app, which make it a really good value. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, creating a positive experience every time. The store is consistently clean and well-maintained. Overall, a reliable spot with good deals and great service.

  Gurbani was excellent today, just as she has been in the past! She’s always such a delight to deal with… very friendly, welcoming, and truly makes you feel comfortable. I really appreciate her great service and positive attitude. Highly recommend!

  The cashier gave us attitude when we presented our coupon from Flipp instead of their subway app or physical copy. He put all of his effort to prove himself right, and was no help to make the situation better. We ended up calling the Subway in Sunridge mall where the employee there was kind to explain to us how to make the coupon work. This made for an unnecessarily frustrating lunch out.

  Not sure if there's new management or what, but this location has gone downhill. After repeating my topping request, I had to almost yell to stop them from adding the wrong item. The lady working here seems indifferent. A particular topping in one of the bins looked subpar and like it obviously should have been scrapped, but she tosses it on my sandwich anyways. I will add that their tomatoes did not look like tomatoes, so had to skip those entirely. I am disappointed because this place is conveniently located right next to my gym, and used to have great service. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
