  I have been visiting this Subway location regularly for years, and I have always tried to support the staff by leaving a 15–20% tip whenever I place an order. Recently, I became very concerned after hearing that employees may not be receiving the tips left by customers. If customers are leaving tips specifically to support the employees who serve them, it is extremely concerning if those tips are not being passed on to the workers. A tip is intended to recognize the employee’s service, and if the employees are not actually receiving it, customers deserve transparency about where that money is going. I sincerely request that Subway management investigate this location and review how employee tips are being handled. The franchise owner/manager should be held accountable if there is any improper handling of customer tips. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this situation has seriously changed my view of this location. Until this matter is properly addressed and there is transparency for both customers and employees, I will be recommending to my family and friends that they consider avoiding this location and ordering from another Subway. I hope Subway corporate takes this complaint seriously and investigates the matter rather than allowing loyal customers and employees to lose trust in the brand.

  The food is great and it's a subway so that says everything pretty much but the guy who works there yelled at me because the glass counter thing slammed down onto the counter the glass divider which had to do with me and he yelled at me and said that he had told me already not to touch it which I didn't touch it to begin with and if it's that unstable I don't think that it's safe and it shouldn't probably be left like that anyways but yeah I didn't appreciate being yelled at like that especially when I had to do with being the one who slammed it down to the ground and then being yelled at saying that he had already asked me not to touch it when that had never happened so that was not very customer friendly but other than that It Was it good Sammy and they Are open all night I think 24 hours and if not they Are at least open until 4 or something so that's cool

  guy working there right now is very rude and doesn’t know great customer service. we also work in the food industry so we know what it feels but it wasn’t even busy !!!! only had our friend as his customer at that time but got every order wrong !!!

  There was this guy today that was working, My friend ordered 3 footlong subs and he was very disrespectful, He was giving attitude to my friend and could not take accountability for his actions when my friend pointed out the order was wrong, the worker said “im not done” as he was actively making the wrong order, my friend just informed him that he made a mistake. The worker fixed it but when my friend looked away, he saw the worker put the toppings from one sub to the other again, The service today was unacceptable for a worker wasnt even working and sitting on his phone before my friend came, At least provide decent customer service if its not busy. Atmosphere was great but wish the food was right.

  hey, i appreciate you responding to us but we wouldn’t make this review if our friend’s experience is not like we describe. Check the cameras and see if that said employee switched back the banana peppers to the sandwich our friend said was the wrong one.
