  1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience Absolutely horrible experience with this Subway. I placed an order and immediately called the location to make sure my sandwich would be prepared correctly. The lady who answered assured me that everything would be done properly. I then waited 45 minutes, tracking the order the entire time, and it continued to show that the sandwich was still being prepared. I called the store again, and I was told that the order had already been placed with the carrier. When I checked the tracking again, it said the items were being picked up by the driver. Long story short, I received my order after over 1 hour and 30 minutes — and the sandwich was absolutely disgusting. It was completely soggy and seemed to contain nothing but lettuce. After specifically calling ahead to make sure the order was prepared correctly, this was beyond disappointing. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will never be coming back to this location again. You have officially lost a loyal customer. If you're considering ordering from this location, STAY AWAY. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money.

  Walked in and was VERY quietly greeted with “hi.” the singular staff member proceeded to ignore us as she sprinkled the 6 full trays of fresh bread with cheese. After watching her complete the final tray & a mother family walking in with still zero acknowledgement from the staff member we decided to go elsewhere. As we left we noticed she also didn’t greet these customers but instead walked to the back leaving the bread fridge open.
