  Ashmeen needs to find a new line of work. She accidentally started making me the wrong sub, I politely asked her what kind of sub it was because I ordered turkey. She said something with Nashville in the name. I told her I asked for turkey. With the nastiest attitude she barked at me "you asked for Nashville something something". Now I can honestly say, the word "Nashville" hasn't come out of my mouth in probably weeks let alone today. I said no, she stood her ground and put on her best boss attitude insisting I made a mistake, I just laughed and carried on. Horrible service. Not many options at the soccer centre so I guess put up with the attitude or go hungry.

  If I could give a zero I would. Working the Canada Day lacrosse tournament and I witnessed one of your employees in the main washroom, use it, come out on her phone, walked out without washing hands. I walked behind to see if she was going into wash her hands in Subway, but instead, she walked in and immediately into the cooler to get a customer preorder, handed it to the customer and started bringing out food items to restock. I quietly mentioned it to the girl handling cash register and she just said okay. As I walked over the other side she looked at the other girl and just rolled her eyes and laughed. The girl put on gloves and continued. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.

  I watched a teenage girl tonight rush to make sandwiches for a gigantic line of customers. She was the only employee working during this rush, and when I went to pay for my meal I put a tip on there for her. I said to her, "you better be getting all of the tip money for how hard you're working". She told me she doesn't get any of the tips. It all goes to the owners. It's absolutely disgusting these owners are stealing money from a teenager. I will never spend another dime in this Subway. Shame on you and your greed. You are what's wrong with society.

  This has to be the worst subway in the city. I recently stopped by the soccer center and noticed that even tho there hours of operation said they were open 5-8pm they where not. After some time they eventually opened up at 7pm. I had the chicken bacon ranch sub and a bag of chips. The girl at the counter ignored me the entire time. Rude as well. No customer service skills what's so ever. She then proceeded to over charge me instead of just charging me for my one sub she charged me for 4 subs then realized her mistake and blamed me for it. Once I left home to eat my food after the horrible experience. I began to feel sick right after eating there sub. I ended up having diarrhea all night due to there food. I'm never eating anything from there again and do not recommend you eating there either.
