  I have an existing Subway Canada account that is linked to an email address that no longer exists. I still have the same telephone number associated with the account. I cannot receive the verification/reset emails because the old email address is permanently unavailable. I need Subway Guest Support to manually change the email address on my existing account to my new email address. Please do not direct me to the login/password-reset process, because that process sends the verification email to the inaccessible address. Good luck to anybody trying Subway customer support.

  ⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience I hardly had a chance to take a quick break today, and unfortunately, I chose this place to grab something to eat. After ordering my Veggie Footlong, I returned to my workplace and opened the sandwich wrapper—only to find a long strand of hair right in the centre of my sandwich. 🤢 This completely spoiled my mood, especially on top of the poor customer service I experienced. No greeting, smiling to add ons - complete disaster which is bad for business too. Finding hair inside your food is extremely unpleasant and unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about food handling and hygiene. I will definitely not be returning to this location. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously and that I can receive a full refund for the Veggie Footlong I purchased. Very disappointing experience overall. 🥹
