  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience — management needs to look into this. We placed an order through Skip at around 11:30 PM, even though this Subway’s posted closing time is 12:00 AM. The employee working the night shift cancelled our order and then closed the restaurant nearly 30 minutes before the stated closing time. We called the restaurant to understand what had happened, and instead of providing any explanation or assistance, the employee argued with us and said that she “really doesn’t give a damn.” That attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. If the restaurant was no longer accepting orders, the store should have been closed on Skip or the operating hours should have been updated. Instead, our order was accepted and then cancelled, followed by the restaurant being closed early. I strongly urge management to review the Skip order records, the cancellation, the store’s closing time, and the employee’s conduct during the phone call. This was far beyond simply being unable to fulfill an order — it was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service that was most concerning. Very disappointing experience. Management should seriously address this incident.

  The best subway location, i like stuff, vegetables are fresh
