  Made an order via the Subway app. Pickup time was 5:50pm. Did not receive order until 6:45pm and this was after going back 3 times in that time frame to be told by staff that they were going to start making it and each time they never did. Staff was unapologetic from the start. Contacted the manager of this store Kevin and he was the rudest person I have ever encountered regarding a customer service issue. Said his staff was not at fault, blamed me the customer and said he was going to review camera footage and launch an investigation regarding the said issue. Offered coupons but I never received them. Took no accountability and proceeded to send numerous emails to me saying I was the rude one when I said he was being very unprofessional as a manager. He also stated that we got our food eventually so what was the issue.? Also, in all previous visits, the ingredients are next to none on the subs from this particular location. Never experienced that at any other location in the city. Note to people in Copperfield SE , use the other Subway locations in McKenzie Towne or on 130th Ave because this location doesn’t deserve your business.

  ik these rating seem like a bot but DAMN, the service, the food, the everything. I reccemond this place, I came here for my bday for no rzn at all n got a footlong veggie sub, it was really good n no problem w it all, staff r kind, and caring. I reccomend.

  Had the pleasure of meeting Mel today at this location and she took great care making our subs! She was friendly and efficient and everything was just perfect! We will be back!

  I had a great experience at Subway recently. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was quick. Matt went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and greeted everyone with a friendly attitude. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. Thanks, Matt, for making the visit enjoyable, will definitely be coming back!
