  Every time I come to this location, I honestly feel like all my positive energy gets drained the moment I walk in. The main reason is the unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude of the employee working there. Is it really that difficult to say “Good morning,” smile, or simply make customers feel welcome? Every time I come in, I feel like I owe them money and haven’t paid it back, rather than feeling like a valued customer who came in to enjoy a meal. Customer service and attitude are just as important as the food itself. Having someone who constantly comes across as unhappy and unwelcoming can really drive customers away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because it genuinely makes me not want to come back to this location.

  The person that was doing my sub honestly just looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but to work. Very unfriendly, and I barely got any meat on my sub that was swiming in sauce and lettuce. My bread was so hard on end that my even my dog refused to eat it.

  Everytime I order takeout here the order is wrong, missing items, incorrect items subbed for others. It feels like they make the order up instead of using the ingredients asked for. Wrong bread, not toasted, wrong drinks, etc.

  Most Subway locations make using the app easy, but this spot prefers adding extra steps. They refused to apply an official app offer at the counter and told me to order online instead. If I wanted to order online, I wouldn't be standing at the till. Every other Calgary location handles this fine—skip this one if you value your time.
