  Ordered this foot long on uber eats at this shop, paid 30 dollars for this one with double meat, came with no meat at all and called the restaurant, the one who picked up the phone said “ that is not possible because I make this sub my self”, I said I didn’t even touch this sub and I have the picture of it, and she said “ that is impossible and said I make the meat disappear my self” Really bad experience and attitude.

  Yeah..sorry for this..I have been going to this location for 10 yrs +. Quality has declined recently. Today..stale, hard bread. Lettuce was old. Peppers and tomatoes all "stemmy" ( if that's a word, but you get the concept) and the tip prompt in the POS machine.. I like milk with my sandwiches..none to be found. Just high fructose corn syrup garbage in the coolers.. Can't go back anymore..too bad.

  Every time I come to this location, I honestly feel like all my positive energy gets drained the moment I walk in. The main reason is the unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude of the employee working there. Is it really that difficult to say “Good morning,” smile, or simply make customers feel welcome? Every time I come in, I feel like I owe them money and haven’t paid it back, rather than feeling like a valued customer who came in to enjoy a meal. Customer service and attitude are just as important as the food itself. Having someone who constantly comes across as unhappy and unwelcoming can really drive customers away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because it genuinely makes me not want to come back to this location.
