  My family and I were in this Subway on Friday around 1pm and my mom and daughter had the ham sub and they ended up with food poisoning. I told the worker that the ham was spoiled she giggled and said she would talk to her manager. I called today talked to the manager and the worker did not say anything.

  I have been coming to this location for years. Good service, friendly staff, nice and clean. The food used to be fantastic! I am not sure who decided it was a good idea to start prompting customers to put the sauces directly onto the bread instead of at the end, onto the toppings, but it has ruined the subs! This new method leaves the bread soggy and makes the sub gross. Will change review to 5 star if subway changes back to their old system with sauces last.

  My husband and I just walked in, we were the second people in line and it took us 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. The line continued to grow behind us as we stood waiting to order while the staff prioritized online orders over the customers standing right in front of them in the store. I understand that there is money to make with online ordering, but for goodness sakes - 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches?! We watched 3 families in line behind us walk out without ordering. Either stop taking online orders or add sufficient staff to serve the people physically coming in. This is absolutely ridiculous!
