  I ordered for pick up and they messed it up. We asked for lettuce on half because I’m allergic to lettuce and they put lettuce on both sides and once we had told them they offered to make us another sandwich And the manager was very aggressive. He came through the employees door and snatched the sandwich away from us saying throw it out throw it out even though we had asked him if he wanted us to throw it out and he said it’s okay the other person could eat it because we were halfing the subway sandwich. He was very rude and he needs to learn basic etiquette. They made the mistake and he was showing attitude and coming off as very aggressive. In response to u guys, we weren’t aggressive at all. We weren’t the ones huffing through the employees door to grab the sandwich. And I didn’t know that I had to guide someone to make a sandwich which is what u train ur employees for. Or were supposed to. Everything was on the receipt, and when they asked us a question we answered respectfully. The rush was gone once you guys were making the sandwich. Don’t lie to make yourself look better. We had no problem with the fact you got the order wrong u just need to learn how to tone down ur attitude.

  Best Subway location in Calgary! The manager (owner?) was training his wife and they are an adorable, lovely couple. I left with a huge smile and a perfect sub. Very clean store, fresh & yummy toppings. I look forward to catching their names next time!

  The 2 ladies behind the counter are rude and no customer service at all. They were in the middle of something on their phone and we clearly intrupped them as the one who stayed on her phone followed the one who decided she should maybe help us and we had to wait for her to even listen to us. A skip driver came in and said who he was picking up for and they didn't even acknowledge him. He then asked if he could use the washroom and the one lady said its out of service which has been for months. Or atleast everytime we have gone in. So my husband stepped in and asked if both bathrooms were out of order, the one lady said yes the other one is for their personal use and said no to any customer using it. They were just rude.
