  So this subway i said before order i have a coupon they refused to take subway coupon like that’s a joke or what i don’t think so that’s in subway policy they are not in hospital located its in Sunridge mall like somebody explain me???

  I love Subway tuna sandwiches and I always order the same sandwich at different Subway locations. However, today I had a very strange experience at the Sunridge Mall location. I ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and I noticed that the employee put about 1.5 scoops of tuna instead of the usual 2 scoops. I thought it was a little strange, but I didn’t say anything. Then, when I paid, the total was around $11, while I normally pay around $7–8 for the exact same sandwich. I understand that prices can vary, but this was a significant difference. I’m not the kind of person who will argue with an employee over $3, but I wanted to bring this to management’s attention. Sometimes customers may be overcharged or not receive the amount of food they are supposed to, and management should be aware of it. I hope you can look into what happened at this location.

  Jas made our sandwich today. It was almost closing time still she served with care and love. Love her work towards customer service. Thank you Jas ! Keep it up the good work .

  There were two women working and one of them was making my sub we ordered 3 sandwiches one tuna, chicken, and veg patties She wrote chicken on the tuna sandwich and tuna on the chicken. When I told her she said what do you want me to do about it but the other girl made me a new one

  I always come to this Subway. The staff here provide excellent customer service and are very friendly. They are fast, and the restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I really enjoy coming here.
