  I asked for no beans on the one with fajita mix. It’s listed in the receipt. Not only was there no chips and queso in the bag, the churro fries were stale and the burritos were assembled with the wrong ingredients. Food service is not that hard. You have a list of things to put into an order. You have written instructions to follow. How can an order get this screwed up? Avoid ordering from this place. They will get your order wrong.

  Ordered a quesadilla to go, and when I got home, discovered that there was no cheese. Went back and the worker wasn’t even apologetic. Not a single apology was uttered. Had to request a new quesadilla and was begrudgingly given a new one after I asked for a new one because the first one was soggy now. I also asked for a non-spicy salsa as this quesadilla was for my kid; I was given the spicy salsa. I ordered the Mucho size of chips and salsa and requested the spicy salsa, but was given the non-spicy salsa.

  I had come here today to grab my lunch order and the guy working here today was very odd. He didn’t talk or say a word when I came into the store and seemed very rude I had asked him for the order and he handed it to me without saying a word. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills and communication as this was a very awkward interaction I’d expect atleast a greeting when coming to the front counter. I will not be buying from here again.

  One person handles a multitude of orders from many people and delivery orders, resulting in endless waiting times, poor service, and a terrible place for sure. The owner must be extremely stingy because the problem could easily solve by hiring more staff, but incapable of proper management. I don't recommend it this place at any cost

  Ever since this store has been changed to a corporate store, thing have gone downhill. The store is extremely dirty. The glass barrier for topping is so dirty that you cant even see through it. The girl serving me yesterday was wearing a crop top and her bare stomach was touching the prep counter, and i saw the food touching her body and her pants when she was trying to wrap it. No sense of food safety at all. Wear an apron at least. Tables are dirty, floor is disgusting. Overall a very bad experience.
