I didn't catch her name, but to the worker that was on the evening shift on Oct. 5th, you're amazing! Always great service, organized, quick, kind, friendly, and knows how to command a busy restaurant while still ensuring great service. We drive across the city to come to this specific location because of you!

Very clean, thank you to Anu for making a very delicious meal. I haven’t been to a Mucho in a while and glad that there was a friendly and helpful staff and Anu especially made sure to take care of my order! Tasty, quick and delicious.

Bad service, rude staff, they’ll feed glass to your children. My daughter got a burrito bowl here at 2pm, and the rice was crunchy. When she asked for a new one staff told her no one else had complained and that the rice was crunchy because it was from 9am? I don’t know that five hour old rice is healthy to sell? She had to argue with them for a new bowl, and they wouldn’t give her any protein and wouldn’t make it for her until she threw the first one away. When she finished it at home later, there was glass/hard plastic in it! When I spoke to the manager the next day, he tried to tell me that no one complained, that my kid was lying, and did not once apologize. I had to demand a refund, which was reluctantly given. Staff here is rude and they do not appreciate their customers, and they’ll feed glass to your child with no remorse. Do not eat here.
